Instructions

Mix and steam(50 min)

Dissolve sugar in coconut milk + 200ml warm water. Mix into rice flour until smooth. Pour into a greased pan. Top with red dates. Steam 45 min until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing. Pan-fry slices for a crispy exterior.
