Instructions

Make thin egg crepes in a non-stick pan (3 eggs, light oil). Lay flat on a bamboo mat.

Roll tightly(15 min)
Spread seasoned rice over the egg crepe, leaving 1-inch at the top. Layer pork floss, pickled radish strips, and cucumber. Roll tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into 1-inch rounds. Each slice shows a cross-section of rice, egg, and filling.
