Whisk egg whites, sugar, flour, vanilla into a thin batter. Drop 1 tbsp onto a Silpat, spread into 3-inch circles. Bake at 350°F 5-6 min until edges are golden. WORK FAST: remove, place fortune paper in center, fold in half, then bend over the rim of a cup. They harden in seconds.
