Instructions

Make mapo, pour over ramen(12 min)
Cook ramen in boiling water until just done, drain. Meanwhile, stir-fry pork, add doubanjiang. Add diced tofu and 1/2 cup water, simmer 5 min. Thicken with cornstarch slurry. Pour the mapo tofu over the ramen. Finish with ground Sichuan pepper and scallions.
