Stuff and braise(25 min)
Cut a slit in each tofu triangle. Mix pork with soy, scallions. Stuff into tofu pockets. Pan-fry stuffed side down 3 min until golden. Flip, add oyster sauce + 1/2 cup water. Cover, braise 10 min.
