200 gdaikon radish白萝卜chunks

Instructions

Simmer the offal

Blanch tripe and tendon 5 min, drain. In a large pot, add tripe, tendon, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, soy sauce, and 2L water. Simmer 1.5 hours until tender.

Add radish and serve

Add daikon radish, continue simmering 30 min until radish is translucent. Serve with chili oil, fresh scallions, and cilantro on top.
