Instructions

Fry noodles until crispy
Cook noodles until al dente, drain. Spread in a single layer in an oiled skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 min until bottom is golden-crisp. Flip carefully and cook other side 5 min. The noodle 'pancake' should be evenly browned on both sides.

Pour sauce over crispy noodles(10 min)
In a separate pan, stir-fry chicken and shrimp until cooked. Add cabbage and stock. Thicken with cornstarch slurry. Pour the sauce over the crispy noodle cake. The noise of sauce hitting the hot crispy noodles is the sound of dinner.
