Boil, drain, toss(10 min)
Boil noodles until just cooked (2-3 min). Drain and toss with a few drops of sesame oil to prevent sticking. Spread noodles out to cool slightly. Whisk sesame paste with warm water until smooth. Toss noodles with sesame sauce, soy, chili oil, and pickled radish. Top with scallions.
