Marinate chicken in tamari and cornstarch. Mix tamari, vinegar, sugar for the sauce. Stir-fry chicken 3 min until golden, remove. Fry dried chilies and Sichuan pepper 30 sec. Return chicken, add sauce and peanuts. Toss 1 min until glossy.
