Pan-fry tofu cubes in oil until golden-crisp on all sides (5 min). Remove. In the same pan, blister green beans 3 min — char spots are good. Add garlic, stir 30 sec. Return tofu. Add soy sauce and toss 1 min until everything is glazed. Serve immediately.
