Instructions

Cook noodles(5 min)

Boil noodles 1 minute LESS than package directions. Drain and toss with 1 tsp sesame oil to prevent sticking.

Make sauce(1 min)

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and 2 tbsp water. Set aside.

Cook chicken(2 min)

Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over HIGH heat. Sear chicken slices 2 minutes until golden. Remove.

Stir-fry and toss(3 min)

Add carrots and cabbage to the hot pan. Cook 2 minutes. Return chicken and noodles. Pour sauce over. Toss with tongs for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated and sizzling.
