Instructions

Mix rice flour with warm water to form a dough. Divide into 16 balls. Flatten each, place 1 tsp sesame paste in the center, pinch closed. Roll into smooth balls. Boil ginger + sugar + water for the soup. Drop in tangyuan, cook until they float (3 min). Serve in the sweet ginger soup.
